The timewave team has requested 4M usd in Neutron tokens to build one part of the interchain allocator. I believe this work could be accomplished by other teams as well, for a better price. I also believe it should not purely be funded by sell pressure solely on the upcoming Neutron token.
I think This could be split so that ATOM Accelerator commits to fund 25% of the endeavor, and Neutron tokens would be used for 75% of the budget.
Each proposing team would propose their own budget for the work.
