To enhance developer engagement and talent acquisition in South Korea, AADAO has awarded Ludium a $15,000 grant. Ludium, a prominent Web3 builder community known for providing open-source information, education, and bounty opportunities, will leverage this grant to develop a comprehensive onboarding course aimed at South Korean developers.
Ludium’s initiative, “Road to Dubai,” will include educational content, workshops, and mini-contests designed to screen and select talented developers. The top teams will earn the opportunity to participate in the Cosmoverse Conference and Hackmos hackathons. This program will focus on three core modules: an overview of the Cosmos ecosystem, an introduction to CosmWasm and Rust for smart contract development, and hands-on exercises for deploying dApps on Neutron.
The content will be structured into “missions” and hosted on Ludium’s in-house LMS platform. Up to 100 South Korean developers will be recruited to participate in the course, with additional support provided through AMAs and online workshops. This initiative aims to bring new developers to the global stage, fostering their transition into Web3 and strengthening the Cosmos ecosystem’s presence in a key regional market.
