Our project is dedicated to developing a comprehensive Governance dashboard for the Cosmos ecosystem, to enhance proposal analysis, monitoring, and governance.
Prototype & Feedback: We have developed a prototype to gauge early interest in the project – this can be viewed at https://cosmos-analytics.shinyapps.io/DAO_Analytics/. Following its release, validators and key ATOM community members have provided us positive feedback, emphasizing the dashboard’s usefulness and strongly endorsed its continued development.
Grant Request: We are actively seeking grant funding to proceed with the full-scale development of the dashboard. While the prototype served its purpose with static data, our ambition is to transition to a dynamic dashboard, integrating real-time data and introducing further key functionalities to enhance its capabilities and user experience.
Key Features:
1) Proposal Analysis & Tracking Tools: The dashboard will provide ATOM holders with a complete array of tools and data for meticulous proposal evaluation, encompassing historical context, proposal connections, and pertinent metrics.
2) Voting Transparency: The dashboard is engineered to showcase the voting data of ATOM holders in a clear and accessible manner, promoting informed decision-making within the Cosmos ecosystem.
3) Proposal Delivery & Outcomes Monitoring: The dashboard will feature a robust system to monitor the implementation and progress of proposals. Additionally, for proposals funded by the community pool, there will be a dedicated section indicating whether the proposed benefits or outcomes have been realized, ensuring transparency and accountability in tracking community investments.
The finalized dashboard aims to support governance processes within the Cosmos ecosystem. By prioritizing transparency and immediate access to data, it will assist both the community and validators in making informed decisions, fostering the continued growth and stability of Cosmos.
