The goal is to create a consumer chain without a token whose only focus is to send and receive remittances from the US to Guatemala initially but to expand to other central-american countries later. Remittance volume to Guatemala alone is above $1.5billion per month and presents high expenditures to immigrants sending their money back home. We want to enable easy onramp with other products like Kado and facilitate the off-ramp process with local banks. The project would have its own mobile application and wouldn’t use crypto and web-3 as its main selling point, it would focus on ease of use, simplicity and low fees to send money. However, ATOM as a technology would be shared for users that want more information.
