I am requesting $3,000 per month for a year of being on-call for user acceptance testing, which can be renewed/cancelled every 3 months. I have seen other reports of this as well. It is not acceptable for these products to be issued to users without a level of testing, and I am willing to provide some user feedback before these products hit the market or payment is made to the grantee. While I would NOT be able to guarantee the safety of the product, I will go through a first level review and document what has been reviewed from end user perspective before grant would be paid out and it reach the end user.
