Taking part in the ATOM 5K Quests? Use these tips to help you create content that will get points, likes and shares!
Content Tips
Follow these tips to get more likes & retweets
- Quality Matters: Before publishing, double-check the quality of your content. To maintain the community’s reputation, posts that feel spammy, overly promotional, or have excessive grammatical errors won’t count towards earning points. ⚠️
- Keep it concise – People have short attention spans – get to the point early and integrate images in your content.
- Emotion – Focus on creating content that makes people feel something.
- Support others – The more you genuinely support other creators the more they will support you (follow for follows, likes for likes, etc).
- IRL content – When there are IRL community events, it’s a good idea to create content with other members and rep your community PFP (whether it be badkids, sloths, etc)
- Quality > quantity: Focus on creating one amazing piece of content every day instead of ten average pieces of content.
Creator Checklist
Go through this checklist when creating content!
Before hitting “post,” ask yourself:
- Does this idea have viral potential?
- What emotion do I want people to feel?
- Does this hook get people to stop scrolling?
- Are the first 3 seconds of the video a banger?
- Is this post sharable and easy to comment on?
- Is your community integrated early on in the content in a creative way?
After you tweet, put yourself in the shoes of a user and analyze it.
- Write down how you feel and list out all the ways it could’ve been better.
- Also, check the analytics for your content (for videos check the retention.)
- Apply these learnings to your next piece of content so you can keep improving.
Generating images/graphics
You can use these assets from Cosmos Hub or ATOM Accelerator.
Alternatively, you can use tools like:
- Luma Labs to generate videos from text or images
- NightCafe to first generate a model based on the nft collection, and then use prompts to create gifs! The more images you feed into the model the better.
Screen recordings of you using an ATOM-related app also work well! Show off your ATOM DeFi strategies 🙂
