AADAO operates under the trusteeship of Lemma for the AADAO Grants Trust, and we are committed to complying with applicable data protection regulations.

This content behaves as if you visited the other site directly, which may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interactions. Additionally, for recruitment and event scheduling, we use Breezy HR and Calendly, respectively. These platforms may gather data to facilitate our operations, and we ensure that your information is handled according to relevant privacy standards.

Data Subprocessors

In addition to data we collect directly, we also collect, share and process information through third-party services we use to enhance our operations:

• Google Forms and Tally.so: These are used for collecting responses from interactive forms, including our grant application forms.
• Calendly: We use this service for scheduling calls, which may involve collecting your contact details.
• Brevo: We use this service for both bulk and transactional emails, triggered by your filling in a form. You are only added to our bulk email marketing lists if you consent when filling in a form, and you may opt-out at any point by clicking the relevant link on the email you receive.
• Google Analytics: We track website usage data to understand how visitors interact with our site.
• Twitter Ads: This service helps us in marketing and advertising efforts.
• Breezy HR: Our recruitment platform for processing job applications.
• Luma: Our events registration service for handling ticketing, registrations and check-ins.
• Provenance Group: Provider of our KYC, KYB and AML services, required for all funding applications.
• ClickUp, Zapier, Slack and others: These are tools we use internally to manage our operations.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to improve your browsing experience. For example, if you leave a comment, you may save your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience. We also use cookies to remember your login information and preferences (on our sites that support this). Where it is beneficial for you, we may introduce you to third-parties (e.g. if we are supporting you to navigate the Cosmos ecosystem, we may introduce you potential projects and teams that you could partner with).
